Shipping & Return Policy

Need to return or exchange something you've just received? Not a problem!

Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that DryFins is a growing company and may not have the same return policies that you'll find at big box stores.

About Cancellations: Please note that your order begins processing the moment you click 'Place Order'. This means that your items are picked and shipped without delay. We are unable to cancel orders or items after you have received your shipping notification. These orders should be returned or exchanged according to our policies below.

  • We will accept returns on all DryFins products purchased online up to 21 days after the original purchase for a full refund, with the deduction of the initial shipping fee.
  • If the item is returned within 45 days after the original purchase, we will accept the return for an exchange or store credit. All returns for exchange are free.
  • All items sent to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. DryFins will not accept items for return that have been worn, washed or used. Original tags must be attached.
  • Items purchased for final sale will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. However, items purchased with a promotional code may be exchanged for the same style in a different color or size, or the amount spent can be applied as a credit for a new item. Promotional codes used previously may not be applied to a different item.

DryFins strives to maintain the highest level of product and service quality. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. We will accept any defective item for return or exchange as long as it is returned within 21 days. All returns/exchanges of defective items are free.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow refunds to be posted to your account 5-10 days after they are processed. It may take some time depending on your credit card provider.
