Return Policy
When you receive your order, TRY them on (with undies please) and if you don’t like them (rare but happens) we will refund the cost of your purchase, our Return Policy is for 45 days. Please note, we sent you a new pair of shorts fresh from DryFins. We would like them back in the same condition, with tags on unworn. We reserve the right to prorate your refund if they come back in unsellable condition.
If it doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer free exchanges for a different size. Just go to our Returns / Exchange Center at DryFins Return / Exchange Center.
If there’s a defect in the shorts, we will get you a new pair asap. Just go to our Returns / Exchange Center at DryFins Return / Exchange Center.
Once you fill out the request for a Return or Exchange, you'll usually receive the approval and proper instructions usually within one to two business day. On returns, please allow time for the return shipping, processing and refund to be applied back to your original payment method after the shorts have been received and inspected. (Return shipping is not free. A charge of $6.00 is automatically deducted from your item or items' return amount for shipping and handling.)
Refunds are issued only after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback with the customers financial institution before the return is completed any refund will be processed through the chargeback process or after the dispute has been withdrawn by the card issuer. We are unable to issue a separate refund while an active chargeback is pending.
